#### 51.11.01.01 Fees

    Swimming Pool Operating Permit (each pool)      $650.00

    Swimming Pool Operating Permit > 100 K gallons      $760.00

    Swimming Pool Operating Permit Wading Pools      $  75.00

    Swimming Pool Plan Review               $480.00

    Swimming Pool Equipment Replacement Review      $260.00

    Pool Operator's Test                  $ 40.00

    Pool Operator's License

      One Year                  $  40.00

      Two Years                  $  70.00

      Three Years                  $  90.00

    Reinspection                     $100.00

    after normal work hours               $150.00

    Pool Management Company Registration (each location)   $  55.00

    Duplicate Permit, License, Registration         $  10.00

#### 51.11.01.02 Effective Date

    This regulation takes effect on July 1, 2011.
