## Section 311. Officers of the Council

Prince George's County, Md., Charter § 311 (2026)

The Council shall elect from among its members a Chair and a Vice Chair. The Chair, or in their absence the Vice Chair, shall preside at all meetings. On all questions before the Council the Chair and Vice Chair shall have and may exercise the vote to which each is entitled as a Council member.
