## Sec. 1-104. Territorial applicability

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 1-104 (2026)

This Code shall refer only to the commission or omission of acts within the territorial limits of the County and to that territory inside and outside of this County over which the County has jurisdiction or control by virtue of any Constitutional or Charter provisions, or any law.
