## Sec. 10-253. Property Management Services Fund; establishment

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 10-253 (2026)

(a) There is hereby established and created a special purpose fund to be known as the "Property Management Services Fund." It shall be operated in accordance with the provisions of this Section.

  (1) The purpose of this Fund shall be to finance costs associated with the maintenance and disposition of surplus County property, including the payment of outstanding debt service on any such property.

  (2) All proceeds from the disposition of surplus County property shall be paid into and become a part of this Fund and shall be the primary source for appropriations for Fund activities.

  (3) Notwithstanding any provision in this Section to the contrary, the proceeds from the disposition of surplus property which was initially acquired or substantially improved with funds other than County funds shall be utilized in accordance with conditions and requirements applicable thereto.
