There is hereby established and created a special purpose fund to be known as the "Tax Increment Financing District Fund." It shall be operated in accordance with the provisions of this Section.
The purpose of this Fund shall be to finance costs associated with the conduct of activities authorized under the Tax Increment Financing Act, Sections 266JJ-1 thru 266JJ-12, Article 41, Annotated Code of Maryland, as amended from time to time.
