Sec. 10-259. Domestic Violence Special Revenue Fund; establishmentLinkCopy Citation
(a)
There is hereby established and created a special revenue fund to be known as the "Domestic Violence Special Revenue Fund." It shall be operated in accordance with the provisions of this Section and Section 10-248.05.
(b)
The purpose of this Fund shall be to finance the costs associated with the administration and operation of battered spouse shelters and domestic violence programs in the County.
