## Sec. 10-264. Stormwater Management District Fund

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 10-264 (2026)

(a) There is hereby established and created an enterprise fund to be known as "Stormwater Management District Fund." It shall be operated in accordance with the provisions of this Section and Section 10-248.05.

(b) All receipts and revenues from the ad valorem tax levied under this Division, and all charges, fees, fees in lieu, and other contributions received from any person or governmental agency in connection with storm management shall be paid into and appropriated from the Stormwater Management District Fund, as may be provided for in the County's approved current expense budget, and be made available to finance the cost to the County of stormwater management, including all outstanding obligations to holders of bonds issued for stormwater management by the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission or the County.
