Sec. 10-278. False, fictitious, fraudulent representationsLinkCopy Citation
A person may not knowingly make a false, fictitious, or fraudulent representation in a levy submission, record, report, or as part of any other documentation required under this Division or under Subtitle 5, Division 2A of this Code.
