## Sec. 10-127. Surety bonds for employees

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 10-127 (2026)

The Deputy Director of Finance, employees and clerks in the Office of Finance shall furnish bond in such sums as the Director of Finance shall direct conditioned upon the faithful performance of their duty. The County shall pay the premium on the bond.
