## Sec. 10-143. Signatures on bonds

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 10-143 (2026)

All bonds, notes, certificates of indebtedness, or negotiable instruments issued on behalf of the County shall be signed by the County Executive. All checks may be signed or caused to be signed by the County Executive.
