## Sec. 10-304. Administration of the Fund

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 10-304 (2026)

The Director of the Environment, or his designee, shall administer the Fund in accordance with the provisions of this Division and Subtitle 32, Division 3, Subdivision 4 of this Code.
