Sec. 10-332. Penalties

Any violation of this Division is a civil violation and shall be subject to a fine of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) for each violation. A fine may be paid by the campaign but only if all Public Contributions have been repaid to the Fund. Otherwise, the candidate or officer found to be responsible for the violation is personally liable for the fine.
