## Sec. 10-350. Prohibited uses

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 10-350 (2026)

(a) The Fund is supplemental to and may not supplant funding that otherwise would be appropriated for preexisting local government programs.

(b) The Fund shall not be used for any law enforcement agencies or activities.
