Sec. 10-353. Legislative intentLinkCopy Citation
(a)
Provide for the creation of business improvement districts within Prince George's County; and
(b)
Promote the general welfare of the residents, employers, employees, property owners, commercial tenants, consumers, and the general public within the geographic area of the business improvement districts.
