## Sec. 10-359. Administrative authority of the County Executive

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 10-359 (2026)

(a) Notwithstanding any other provisions of this title, the County Executive, or their designee, shall proceed with administrative tasks or processes required to initiate the administration of a BID.
