Sec. 10-223. Transfer or cessation of ownershipLinkCopy Citation
Whenever any person required to collect and pay to the County a tax under this Subdivision shall cease doing business or otherwise dispose of his business, any tax payable under this Subdivision to the County shall become immediately due and payable. Such person shall immediately make a report and pay the tax due.
