## Sec. 10-224. Records required

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 10-224 (2026)

Every person liable for the collection and payment of the tax imposed by this Subdivision, shall keep and preserve, for a period of two (2) years, such suitable records as may be necessary to determine the amount of such tax which he may have been liable for the collection of and payment to the County. The Director of Finance shall have the right to inspect such records at all reasonable times.
