Subdivision 7. Revolving Land Acquisition Fund

The Council shall establish, maintain and operate the Revolving Land Acquisition Fund and do any and all things that may be necessary or desirable in connection therewith.

In order to continue and maintain the Fund in existence over a protracted period of time, any and all costs and expenses paid out of the Fund for or in connection with land acquisition shall be reimbursed or repaid to the Fund at the direction and with the approval of the Council out of any funds of the County that from time to time may be legally used for or in connection with land acquisition but not limited to money borrowed by the County pursuant to provisions of any act of the General Assembly of Maryland enacted during its 1967 Session or thereafter.
