## Subdivision 9. Manufacturing and Commercial Business Stock

### Sec. 10-248.01. Exemption

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 10-248.01 (2026)

On and after July 1, 1977, for purposes of taxation on tangible personal property in Prince George's County, all stock in manufacturing and commercial businesses in the nature of supplies shall be classified as inventory and be exempted from county taxation.
