Sec. 10A-129. Cost plus a percentage-of-costLinkCopy Citation
The cost plus a percentage-of-cost system of contracting shall not be used. This prohibition shall not apply to contracts based upon a manufacturer's established catalog or market prices, or to contracts for materials and services in short supply, or where fluctuating market conditions make it impractical for suppliers to guarantee fixed prices for reasonable time periods.
