Any contract modification whose dollar percentage is in excess of 25% of the original contract or whose dollar amount is in excess of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) shall require that the County Council is given a copy of such modification and the original contract by the Administrative Review Committee and the using agency.
