Sec. 11-101. Short Title, purposeLinkCopy Citation
(a)
The provisions of this Subtitle shall constitute and shall hereafter be known as "The Fire Safety Law of Prince George's County, Maryland."
(b)
The Fire Safety Law of Prince George's County, Maryland, shall be deemed an exercise of the police powers of Prince George's County, Maryland, for the preservation and protection of the public health, peace, safety and welfare, and all the provisions of this Subtitle shall be liberally construed for that purpose.
