Use. It shall be unlawful for any person to use any device or appliance that has been marked or tagged as condemned by the Fire Chief or authorized representative under the provisions of Section 11-160 of this Subtitle. Tags. It shall be unlawful for any person to mutilate or remove from any device or appliance, the mark or tag of the Fire Chief or authorized representative placed on or attached to the said device or appliance under the provisions of Section 11-160 of this Subtitle, unless the Fire Chief or authorized representative has given permission to remove such mark or tag.
