## Sec. 11-296. Novelty Lighters

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 11-296 (2026)

A person may not sell at retail, offer for retail sale or distribute for retail sale or promotion in Prince George's County a novelty lighter. This does not apply to the transportation of novelty lighters through the County or storage of same in a warehouse.
