Sec. 12-102. State regulations governing food service facilities adopted by referenceLinkCopy Citation
The Maryland State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Regulations Governing Food Service Facilities as set out in the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR 10.15.03), and as they may be amended from time to time, are hereby adopted by reference as the County regulations governing food service facilities and made a part of this Subtitle, with the additions, insertions and changes prescribed in this Division. The Clerk of the Council shall at all time maintain and keep current three (3) sets of such State regulations for public inspection.
