Sec. 12-112. Inspections; accessLinkCopy Citation
(a)
The Health Officer shall make inspections of food service facilities to determine compliance with this Division, the appropriate requirements of the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene, and the health laws of the State and County.
(b)
The Health Officer shall be permitted access to all parts of food service facilities during regular business hours and shall be permitted to inspect all records of food purchased to determine its source.
(c)
Mobile food service facilities shall be available for an annual inspection at the time and place designated by the Health Officer prior to licensure or re-licensure.
