## Sec. 12-115.02. Special Food Service Facilities — Farmer's Markets

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 12-115.02 (2026)

(a) A Farmer's Market Vendor's License shall:

  (1) operate only with written permission at a Farmer's Market in the County as defined in Subtitle 27 of the Prince George's County Code and

  (2) be listed by the Maryland Department of Agriculture

(b) A Farmer's Market Sampler's License shall:

  (1) Be dependent upon issuance of a Farmer's Market Permit.

  (2) Exclude whole uncut produce or products produced with an On Farm Processing License.
