Sec. 13-106. DefinitionsLinkCopy Citation
(a)
As used in this Division and the Housing Code:
(1)
Building Official or Code official shall mean the Director of the Department of Permitting, Inspections, and Enforcement or the Director's duly authorized representative;
(2)
Code shall mean the Housing Code;
(3)
Email is the exchange of computer-stored messages from one user to one or more recipients through the internet that requires a webmail server address; and,
(4)
Municipality or City shall mean the County unless it is specifically intended to indicate an incorporated city or town within the County.
