## Sec. 13-121. Same; Section 309, Pest Elimination

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 13-121 (2026)

(a) Section 306.3 is amended to read as follows: "309.2 Single occupancy. The owner of a one-family dwelling or of a single-tenant nonresidential structure shall be responsible for pest elimination on the premises."

(b) Section 306.4 is amended to read as follows: "309.4 Multiple occupancy. The owner of a structure containing two (2) or more dwelling units, a multiple occupancy, a rooming house, or a nonresidential structure shall be responsible for pest elimination."

(c) Section 306.5 is amended to read as follows: "309.5 Continued maintenance. The owner of any structure shall be responsible for the continued rodent- and pest-free condition of the structure."
