## Sec. 13-314.07. Powers

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 13-314.07 (2026)

(a) The Commission for Common Ownership Communities is provided the following additional powers to accomplish the intent of this Division:

  (1) The Commission shall review and evaluate the alternative dispute resolution process, pursuant to its authority set forth in Sections 13-319 through 13-326 of this Division.
