## Sec. 13-314.08. Referrals

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 13-314.08 (2026)

(a) The Commission for Common Ownership Communities shall refer matters, as appropriate for further civil, criminal, and administrative action to appropriate administrative and prosecutorial agencies.
