## Sec. 13-321. Acceptance of jurisdiction of complaints

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 13-321 (2026)

(a) If the Commission does not accept jurisdiction of a complaint, the Director must notify the parties in writing of the decision and the reason for the Commission's denial of jurisdiction within 14 days after the decision.

(b) The Commission's decision not to accept jurisdiction of a complaint is not subject to judicial review.
