## Sec. 13-1115. Certificate of compliance

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 13-1115 (2026)

(a) The Department must issue a certificate of compliance for a multifamily rental facility to the owner, the buyer, or any other interested party, in a form appropriate for recordation in the land records, when the Department determines that the requirements of this division have been satisfied.

(b) The certificate is conclusive evidence of compliance with this division.
