Sec. 13-1118. Annual Report to the CouncilLinkCopy Citation
(a)
By December 31 of each year, the County Executive or Department shall report to the County Council on activities under this division for the prior fiscal year, including:
(1)
any offer of a right of first refusal received by the County;
(2)
any agreement not to convert that the Department approved; and
(3)
any conversion of rental housing in the County.
