Sec. 13-1122. ScopeLinkCopy Citation
(a)
These rules shall govern all proceedings under this Division and any other relevant provisions of the County Code.
(b)
The requirements of Subtitle 28 of the Prince George's County Code do not apply to this Division.
(c)
The issuance of a citation under this Division does not preclude the pursuit of any other remedy or enforcement action under any other provisions of the County Code.
