## Sec. 13-150.06. Enforcement, penalties

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 13-150.06 (2026)

(a) Filing a complaint with the Office of Human Rights shall be an Applicant's only and exclusive remedy, and an Applicant aggrieved by any Section of this Subdivision shall have no private cause of action in any court based on a violation of this subdivision.

(b) The Office of Human Rights shall have the authority to award damages to an aggrieved Applicant pursuant to Section 2-195.01, Subdivision 3, Division 12, Subtitle 2 of the Prince Georges County Code.
