## Sec. 13-150. Legislative findings

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 13-150 (2026)

The County Council finds that the County's returning citizens and those with criminal convictions have been and continue to be subjected to discrimination in their quest for adequate housing and that the subject discrimination creates a hindrance to those citizens meaningful participation in society.
