## Sec. 13-154. Landlord to supply possession

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 13-154 (2026)

The landlord shall assure the tenant that the tenant may peaceably and quietly enter upon the leased premises at the beginning of the term of the lease. The landlord shall bear the sole responsibility for removing a holdover tenant from the dwelling unit.
