Sec. 13-217. Change of name, ownership or locationLinkCopy Citation
A certificate shall not be transferable from one grantee to another, from one facility to another, or from one location to another. The grantee shall provide prior notification in writing to the Commission of any change in ownership or per centum of the facility. Prior to any change in location of the facility, the grantee shall notify the Commission in writing and reapply for certification for the facility proposed to be operated in the new locality.
