## Sec. 13-246.04. Regulation

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 13-246.04 (2026)

(1) In Prince George's County Council, no person may:

  (a) sell invasive bamboo;

  (b) plant invasive bamboo; or

  (c) allow invasive bamboo to spread to any adjoining property without proper upkeep and appropriate containment measures, including barriers or trenches.
