Sec. 13-253. Proceeds of alternative compliance moneysLinkCopy Citation
(a)
All payments made for alternative compliance to the requirement to construct moderately priced dwelling units shall be made to the CHOICE Special Revenue Fund. These proceeds may be utilized by the Housing Authority for any purpose consistent with those set forth in Section 10-261.01 of this Code.
(b)
Once such payments have been received, the Director of the Department of Housing and Community Development shall notify the Planning Board for its consideration of subdivision applications.
