## Sec. 14-162. Advertisement of look-alike firearms

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 14-162 (2026)

It is unlawful for any person to advertise in any newspaper, magazine, handbook, poster, sign, mailing, or other writing or publication or by radio, television, or soundtrack, knowing, or where one reasonably should know, that the purpose of the advertisement, in whole or in part, is to promote the sale or delivery of look-alike firearms as defined in this Division.
