## Sec. 14-163. Penalty

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 14-163 (2026)

Any person who violates any provision of this Division shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment not exceeding six (6) months, or both.
