Sec. 14-175. AppealLinkCopy Citation
Any party aggrieved by a decision of the Board with respect to the issuance of an order may appeal to the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, Maryland, pursuant to the Maryland Rules governing the appeal of the decision of an administrative agency.
