Violation of the provisions of Sections 14-109 or 14-110 is a misdemeanor, and is punishable, upon conviction, by fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment, not to exceed one (1) year, or by both fine and imprisonment, for each violation.
