## Sec. 14-141.03. Penalties

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 14-141.03 (2026)

(a) Violation of the provisions in this Section is considered a civil violation and subject to a civil fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

(b) Each day a licensed firearm dealer fails to display or each sale they fail distribute literature of this Section is considered a separate and distinct violation subject to an independent fine.
