## Sec. 14-145. Penalty

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 14-145 (2026)

Any person who violates any provision of this Division shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine not exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisonment not exceeding six months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
