Sec. 14-148. PenaltiesLinkCopy Citation
Violation of this Division is punishable upon conviction by a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment not to exceed six months or both. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
