## Sec. 14-154. Sale or Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 14-154 (2026)

It is unlawful for any person to possess with intent to deliver, manufacture with intent to deliver, display, offer, offer for sale, sell, or deliver any equipment, product, or material knowing, or under circumstances where one reasonably should know, that it is drug paraphernalia or is intended or designed to be drug paraphernalia.
