Sec. 16-206. Development and incentive policyLinkCopy Citation
(a)
It shall be the policy of Prince George's County to:
(1)
Develop and maintain training programs for the purpose of properly effectuating the promotional policies set forth in Section 16-152 with respect to career development and upward mobility for employees;
(2)
Provide employees with healthful and safe working environments and conditions; and,
(3)
Develop and maintain an incentive awards program for employees so as to properly recognize employee achievement and productivity.
